1.   We provide personal training on a "one to one" basis at an hourly rate.

2.  Training is provided in English or/and Afrikaans.

3.   You learn at your own pace and you decide when you want to stop (it can even be after 1 hour).

4.  The training is to the point, practical, very informative and based on the latest technology.

5.  Training hours work on a flexible time schedule that suits both the Student and the Trainer.

6.  Training is done at the studio or a venue that suits both the Student and Trainer.
